In 1978 a Committee was formed to raise funds for a village hall. Foresight, vision and money raised by a variety of events resulted in St. Faiths Centre, phase one of which opened in December 1985 following the purchase of the land by the Parish Council. Fundraising continued and phase two opened in March 1991 followed by phase three in April 2000. Over the years it has grown to a large complex with facilities ranging from an Indoor Sports Hall (suitable for badminton and soft tennis), Snooker Room, Band Practice Room, Swimming Pool, Football Pitch, Tennis Courts, Petanque Court, Private Function Hall and a comfortable lounge bar. Our community has grown over the years and the centre welcomes everyone to join and share these facilities we have on offer.

"If you want a monument to me, look around you."

Without the support and goodwill of our volunteers, our Centre would not be able to exist. The dedication of our founders and the unwavering passion of the current Committee Team have guaranteed the Centre's survival for more than four decades.
