Jane is a dedicated Nordic Walking instructor who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every session. Her commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle shines through in every step you take with her.

Jane offers two sessions, tailored to suit your preferences:

  1. Saturday Senior Group (10am): Join us on Saturdays for a leisurely and enjoyable Nordic Walking experience. Our senior group, starting at 10am from St. Faiths Centre, offers a relaxed pace that allows you to soak in the beauty of Horsham and Newton St. Faith while staying active.
  2. Friday Weekday Group (9am): If you're looking for a more challenging Nordic Walking experience, Jane's weekday group is perfect for you. Starting at 9am from St. Faiths Centre, this session is designed to be faster and will get your heart pumping. It's a fantastic way to kickstart your weekend.

Jane's Nordic Walking Group is not just about exercise; it's also about having fun. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Nordic walker, you'll find a warm and welcoming community here.

One-to-One Sessions:
For those who prefer a more personalised approach or have specific fitness goals, Jane offers one-to-one Nordic Walking sessions
