Important News – A New Website and Booking System is Coming!
We’re excited to announce that a new, improved St. Faiths Centre website is on the way. This upgrade will make booking activities and rooms easier, fairer, and more convenient for everyone.
What’s Changing?
From a date we’ll confirm very soon, all bookings and payments must be made in advance online through the new website for the following facilities:
Sports Hall
Snooker Room
Newton Function Room
Horsham Function Room
Margaret’s Room
Tennis Courts
Swimming Pool
At the same time, we will retire the token system previously used for lights in the Sports Hall and Snooker Room.
What’s New?
Linking Your Membership
To use the new booking system, you will need to log in and link your membership to your account. The new website will have an easy tool to guide you through this process.
Please make sure you know your membership number (found on your membership card).
Membership Requirements
To book the Sports Hall, Snooker Room, Tennis Courts, or Swimming Pool, you must be a valid member of St. Faiths Centre.
The Newton Function Room, Horsham Function Room, and Margaret’s Room can still be booked by non-members.
Margaret’s Room will remain free for members, with a small charge for non-members.
Token Refunds
If you have unused tokens, you can request a refund until 31st October 2025. After this date, tokens will no longer be redeemable.
Regular Spot Checks
To ensure fairness and proper use, spot checks will take place. Using facilities without a valid booking may result in membership being suspended or revoked.
Why This Change?
Moving to an online booking and payment system will make the process simpler and clearer, give everyone fair access, and reduce the workload on volunteers.
What You Need to Do
Watch for our launch date announcement on the notice board and Facebook.
Once live, log in, link your membership, and make your bookings online.
Check your membership status and membership number.
Rebook any existing reservations using the new system to confirm them. Bookings already paid for will be automatically transferred across.
Request token refunds by 31st October 2025.
